Our new pets–they’re both a type of small broad-tailed parrot called budgerigars (also known as parakeets or budgies). Don’t you think they’re cool? Belle is the beautiful blue one and Striker is the sharp-looking green one.
The photos are from my Webshots album about them. I also posted about them on the photo-blog and the diary.
While she was in Australia, Jessica took some great photos.
While my favorites are the ones of her, I’ve also enjoyed looking at her pictures of Australian wildlife. This is a beautiful shot of a parrot:
